The CCSHA The CCSHA is an association dedicated to the Clydesdale cross. The idea for the society grew out of informal discussions on the web forum of the Horse Rider's Clubs Association Victoria (HRCAV). It became clear to users on this forum that many people were riding Clydesdale Cross horses and that they were valued by their owners for their wonderful temperaments, athleticism and hardiness. The CCSHA provides registration for Clydesdale cross horses and maintains a stud book. We regularly hold events, such as competitions and training days, for our members. We also sponsor events such as best performed Clydesdale cross at HRCAV TTT competitions, and sponsor Clydesdale cross breed rings at agricultural shows. CCSHA Performance AwardWe are excited to annouce the CCSHA Performance award. The award's primary goal is to encourage and recognise Clydesdale Cross Sport Horses and their owner/riders in all forms of equestrian activity and competition. A rug with “Clydesdale Cross Sport Horse Association Performance Award” will be awarded to every CCSHA current member and registered horse combination that achieves the “500 POINT” criteria approved by the CCSHA committee.More information about the performance award Upcoming EventsCombined training and dressage dayWerribee Park Equestrian Centre 16th of August 2009 Recent EventsCCSHA Combined Training and Dressage DaySaturday 16th August, 2008 CCSHA Show Jumping & Dressage Clinic Saturday 31st May, 2008 HRCAV TTT Horse Trials 2008 Best performed Clydesdale cross won by: Stacey Dixon and Scarlett.
